Australian Venue Co. is seeking an experienced Gaming Manager to oversee gaming operations at Springlake Hotel | Mihi Tavern in Southeast Queensland. You will drive revenue, manage compliance, coach a gaming team and collaborate with venue leadership to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires robust leadership by example, a hands-on approach, and availability for peak trading periods including evenings and weekends, while upholding responsible gambling practices.
