Mountleap & Company seeks an experienced Service Manager to lead the Brisbane Service Centre. The role combines hands-on servicing, diagnostics and repair work with team leadership and operational management to ensure productive, safe vehicle servicing and repairs.

The ideal candidate will balance technical capability with customer service and cross-functional coordination, including regular communication with China-based manufacturing and supply chain teams.
