This part time or full time multi clinic-basedrole is focused on developing and empowering clinicians towards professionalconfidence and competence. By leading and mentoring their therapy team, itaffords the Clinical Supervisor the satisfaction of indirectly positivelyimpacting the lives of many children and their families, while alsosimultaneously nurturing the therapists under their guidance.
This role is to provide clinical supervision and senior-based tasks only (with the option of adding on your own clinicalcaseload only if you desire).
You will be well-supported as part of theleadership team with Senior OT's and SLP's, Clinical Lead of OT and SLP, and aClinical Director.
This Clinical Supervisor Leadership roleprovides the chance to:
- Mentor/Lead Occupational Therapists (and indirectlySpeech Pathologists)
- Develop/Modify clinical delivery methods andoperational systems that support clinicians
- Create new resources and service delivery
- Instigate, plan, and deliver regularProfessional Development Team Training
- Enjoy supported growth into the role(Leadership training)
Requirements
About You
This role is ideal for you if you have:
- 3 years+ Paediatric experience (NDIS anddevelopmental focus preferred)
- Occupational Therapy Australia Membership
- AHPRA Registration
- Current and ‘not prohibited’ DCSI Workingwith Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Strong interpersonal skills with an abilityto quickly establish rapport with clients, families,
and professionals
- Ability to take initiative and to workindependently as well as part of a team
- Genuine passion for Mentoring good therapistsinto awesome therapists!
- Passion to make a difference in the lives ofchildren, their parents, and their teachers through nurturing the skill andimpact delivered by the therapists your guidance.

- Clinical experience in working with schoolaged children and under 5-year old’s with:
