CDC Data Centres is hiring a Senior ICT Support Specialist to provide advanced IT support across hardware, software, network and end-user issues while maintaining the reliability of our IT infrastructure. You will combine senior service desk duties with systems administration, mentor junior staff and collaborate with vendors on projects and improvements.

This onsite role requires Australian citizenship with NV1 eligibility and a robust background in Microsoft 365, Entra ID, and Windows 10/11
