Capstone Recruitment seeks a relationship-driven Sales Consultant to launch a premium resort-style land lease community for the over 50s in Brisbane. You will guide prospective residents through a considered sales journey, showcase the lifestyle, and deliver a first-class customer experience from enquiry to settlement.

You will work with marketing, development, design and finance to ensure a seamless sales process, nurture leads, conduct tours, build trust, and generate referrals.
