Bunnings is seeking an experienced People Advisory qualified to support over 55,000 team members nationwide from our National Support Office in Burnley, VIC. You will be the first point of contact for employment relations matters, providing expert advice to leaders and team members across the business.

Reporting to the People Advisory Team Leader, you will handle grievances, union interactions, and investigations, while ensuring compliance with legislation.
