Far West NSW Local Health District – Broken Hill NSW is seeking a Senior Allied Health Clinician to deliver advanced assessment and care coordination for people with disability and complex health needs across Far West LHD.

You will support the Hospital Social Work team, coordinate care across NSW Health, disability providers and community agencies, and drive service development while building solid stakeholder relationships for better patient outcomes.
