We are an established mid-tier boutique law firm seeking an experienced and capable Office Manager to join our team on a 12-month maternity leave contract.
This is a hand-on role responsible for the smooth and efficient day-today operation of the firm. You will work closely with the partners, lawyers and support team, ensuring the office runs seamlessly and professionally.
The Role
Oversee the day-to-day operations of the office
Manage office administration, facilities, suppliers and contractors
Coordinate office services, stationery and equipment
Liaise with building management and external service providers
Assist with staff onboarding and general HR administration
Support partners and staff with operational and administrative matters
Maintain office policies, procedures and systems
Manage invoices, expenses and general office accounts
Coordinate meetings, events and office functions
Ensure a professional, organised and welcoming office environment
Identify opportunities to improve office systems and processes
