The Monday Group, in partnership with a leading national catering organisation, is recruiting Chef de Parties for permanent opportunities in the Albury-Wodonga region to support Defence dining programs and daily kitchen operations. You will work as part of an experienced kitchen brigade, delivering high-quality catering across breakfast, lunch and dinner for a Defence community.
