Central Queensland Indigenous Development (CQID) is seeking a Team Leader for the Strong Carers, Strong Children program. You will provide day-to-day operational leadership, supervise staff, and coordinate service delivery to support kinship carers and their households through assessment and approval processes.

You will ensure culturally protected practice, work with partners, monitor workloads, and drive continuous improvement while upholding the Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Child Placement
