The role:
- Cover Property Managers during annual and sick leave.
- Manage portfolios of approximately 160–170 properties during leave coverage.
- Troubleshoot issues and provide operational support to the PM team.
- Assist with leasing and reception/front of house when required.
- Support staff training and onboarding.
- Assist the General Manager with KPI reporting and compliance.
- Provide day-to-day support across the office.
- Office-based position | Immediate start preferred.
About you:
- Strong property management experience.
- QCAT experience is essential.
- Good working knowledge of PropertyMe .
- Proactive, adaptable and confident stepping into different portfolios.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Excellent communication and client service skills.
- Organised and efficient, with excellent time management.
- Team-focused with a great sense of humour.
