Brisbane City Council is seeking a Senior Insights Officer to enable customer-informed decisions across the organisation. You will work in the Customer Experience Branch, analysing feedback and data from surveys, and turning insights into actionable improvements for services and experiences.

You will design and maintain surveys, dashboards and reporting tools, translating findings into practical recommendations.
