Lead the restaurant operations of an award-winning gastro pub where quality food and warm, attentive service are central to the guest experience.
You'll be a visible presence on the floor, developing your team, building relationships with guests and working closely with the kitchen and venue leadership to deliver memorable dining experiences.

- Lead day-to-day restaurant operations and oversee busy services.
- Recruit, train and develop a confident, knowledgeable front-of-house team.
- Deliver welcoming, polished service with strong attention to detail.
- Work closely with the kitchen to ensure seamless service and consistent standards.
- Manage rostering, labour costs and restaurant performance.
- Oversee bookings, resolve guest feedback and build repeat business.
