H2coco is one of Australia's leading coconut water and functional beverage brands. We create innovative, better-for-you drinks and are passionate about making hydration more enjoyable, accessible and relevant to modern consumers. We are seeking a proactive and commercially minded Marketing Specialist to join our Sydney team on a full-time basis. This role will support the planning and delivery of integrated marketing activity across brand, retail, digital, social media, partnerships, activations and new product launches.

Key responsibilities

- Develop and implement marketing campaigns and brand activity across digital, social, retail, PR, influencer and experiential channels.
- Coordinate new product launches, including campaign planning, agency briefings, asset development, sampling and in-store execution.
- Manage social media, content and influencer activity, ensuring all work aligns with H2coco's brand strategy and commercial objectives.
- Coordinate marketing partnerships, events, sponsorships and brand activations, including supplier, agency and stakeholder management.
- Analyse campaign,



consumer and market performance to identify opportunities and prepare recommendations for future activity.
- Work closely with internal teams, external agencies, retailers and suppliers to deliver projects on time and within budget.

About you to be successful in this role, you will have:

- A relevant tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a closely related field.
- At least 1-2 years' relevant marketing experience, ideally within FMCG, retail, consumer goods, lifestyle or a fast-paced agency environment.
- Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, retail and/or experiential channels.
- Solid project-management and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working with agencies, suppliers, retail partners and internal stakeholders.
- A creative mindset combined with commercial awareness and strong attention to detail.
