The Department of Justice is seeking a Chef Supervisor to operate within a commercial kitchen supporting prison operations. You will mentor prisoners, supervise staff, and deliver accredited training while ensuring food safety and WHS compliance.

The role requires experience in all facets of a catering operation, strong supervisory skills, and the ability to manage resources effectively in a prison environment. This is a permanent, full time position at Wyndham Work Camp.
