Steelx is an industry leader in the marketing, sales, design and fabrication of customised pre-engineered steel buildings.

This is an office-based role located at the national head office at Robina on the Gold Coast with fantastic modern facilities.

You will be a part of a dynamic, professional and well established team that share a passion for delivering quality steel building solutions across Australia.

What you’ll be doing

As our franchise stores quote, contract and ordernew steel buildings for their clients, your focus will be workflow management to ensure they receive appropriate support. This involves tasks such as:

Collaborating with colleagues from different departments to ensure queries that relate to the functions along with engineering, software, orders, suppliers and accounts are addressed accordingly.

Efficient triaging of external and internal communication channels including emails and phone calls.

Utilising problem-solving and decision-making skills to address issues effectively.

Providing both operational and administrative support.

About you

Proven ability working in an administrative time critical work setting.





Excellent written communication skills and well developed stakeholder engagement skills.

Confident communicating with internal business support teams.

Accuracy and high attention to detail.

A willingness to develop an understanding of semi-technical information

Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively.

Most weeks are 4 days (5 days is periodically required).

- Salary: $65,000 to $75,000 per year + super (depending on experience)
- Schedule: 8.5 hours a day, generally working 4-days (Mon - Thu) plus one Friday per month.
