Based at our Beenleigh office, we are currently looking for an On-boarding/ Mobilisation Administrator to join our rapidly growing business. This is an office-based permanent position with an immediate start. Grow and learn in this newly created position within a high performing construction business.

In this role you will:

- Complete all administration duties associated with onboarding of casual employees
- Managing the induction process for new employees for different sites
- Ensuring documentation received is compliant and completed in a timely manner and saved accordingly
- Process and manage mobilisations of employees including requesting flights, accommodation, and medicals




- Manage and maintain employee personal data
- Update and maintain skills training matrix
- General administrative duties, data entry and general correspondence

To be successful you will have

- Preferably a Cert III in Administration or similar
- Proficient with Microsoft
- Thrive in a fast-paced workplace
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn
- Previous administrative experience in the construction or mining industry will be highly regarded
- Flexible and willing to perform various tasks
- Team player: ability to prioritise and contribute as necessary
- Must have the right to work in Australia and agencies need not apply
