About the Position:
Our client is seeking a driven and experienced Paralegal to support their legal professionals across a broad spectrum of practice areas including family law, criminal defence, commercial transactions, and litigation . This full-time opportunity offers the chance to be on the front line of legal practice - no two days are the same.
You will be a key part of the firm's engine room, offering high-level support to lawyers while contributing directly to file progression and client outcomes. From managing court documents to client liaison,
this is a dynamic and hands-on role that will allow you to make a real impact in a fast-paced legal environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the management of family law, criminal, commercial, and litigation matters
- Draft general correspondence, court documents, and legal briefs
- Conduct legal research and compile analysis for use in matters
- Maintain and organise case files across multiple jurisdictions
- Manage client communications via phone, mail, and email
- Prepare documentation for legal meetings and draft relevant legal forms
- Provide high-quality administrative and legal support to the skilled team
- Liaise with clients, demonstrating strong service and communication skills
Key Requirements:
- Previous paralegal experience across multiple legal practice areas
- Sound knowledge of legal documentation and court filing procedures
