You’ll work closely with our Temp Recruitment Consultant, supporting the end to end recruitment process and helping us grow our temporary recruitment desk. You’ll advertise roles, source candidates, conduct phone screens and interviews, coordinate inductions and onboarding, complete recruitment administration and maintain accurate candidate and placement records. You’ll also take ownership of important operational activities including timesheet management and supporting weekly payroll, while responding quickly to candidate queries and ensuring our Temps receive a professional and positive experience. As you develop, you’ll have the opportunity to take greater ownership of roles and client relationships, with a pathway towards becoming a Temp Recruitment Consultant and managing your own portfolio. You’ll gain exposure to a diverse client base including Mercedes Benz, BMW, Volvo, CPA Australia, ARC, the Royal Children's Hospital Foundation,
Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre and Orygen.
