Better Access Support Services – Ipswich QLD
Are you someone who genuinely cares about the wellbeing of others? Do you believe everyone deserves the opportunity to live a fulfilling, empowered, and independent life? If you're passionate about providing meaningful support and want to be part of a team that values compassion, respect, and inclusion — this could be the perfect role for you.
Better Access Support Services is a values-driven organisation committed to providing high-quality, person-centred support for people living with disability, mental health challenges, or other complex needs. Our goal is to empower individuals to live life on their terms — with dignity, choice, and connection to their communities. We're a team that believes in walking alongside the people we support, not in front of them.
About the Role:

You will work closely with participants, their families, and other stakeholders to promote independence, community participation, skill-building, and emotional wellbeing. Every day is different, and you'll be supporting clients with a range of activities depending on their unique goals and needs.

- Uphold NDIS Practice Standards and organisational policies
- Advocate for participant rights, dignity, and informed choice
What We're Looking For

- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain

- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle (with insurance)

- Manual handling and infection control training
- Mental Health First Aid or experience with psychosocial disabilities
