You will be part of our compliance and vehicle fleet team. The role will be varied so flexibility and adaptability are essential. Initially, your primary focus will be compliance across our subcontractor fleet.
Key responsibilities
Reviewing of owner driver applications including insurance paperwork annual reviews & renewals for all subcontractors
Allocation of driver numbers
Maintain and update the compliance database, including vehicle servicing and records
Liaise with branch teams to ensure compliance standards are met
Prepare ad hoc reports as required
Perform general administrative and compliance tasks as needed
Ordering of fuel cards via BP & SHELL systems
Maintain monthly fuel usage and expenditure spreadsheets
Ordering of E-Tags for company vehicle fleet
Assisting with motor vehicle claims including liaising with vehicle insurers and repairers and managing under excess repairs internally
About you
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven administration experience (compliance experience advantageous but not essential)
Strong organisational skills with a high level of attention to detail
Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly intermediate Excel skills
Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
Initiative, problem-solving ability, and sound judgement
A positive, can-do attitude and a cooperative team approach
