About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering a corporate office refurbishment project from the final stages of design through procurement, construction and project completion. Working closely with property and business stakeholders, you will ensure the project is delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality and compliance standards.
This is a hands‑on delivery role suited to a Project Manager who enjoys stakeholder engagement, contractor management and navigating projects through to successful completion.
Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a corporate office fit-out project
- Manage project scope, schedule, budget, risks and reporting
- Coordinate stakeholders across business, property and vendor groups
- Oversee construction procurement activities and tender processes
- Engage and manage architects,
consultants and construction contractors
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops to capture business requirements
- Develop and maintain project plans and critical path schedules
- Monitor project progress and proactively manage issues and risks
- Ensure compliance, safety and governance requirements are met
- Manage project handover, completion and final certification activities
Essential Criteria
- Demonstrated experience delivering corporate office fit-out or refurbishment projects
- Proven end-to-end project management experience across design, procurement and delivery phases
- Solid stakeholder engagement and communication skills
- Experience managing contractors, consultants and external vendors
- Knowledge of procurement processes and commercial project delivery
- Ability to manage project schedules, budgets and competing priorities
- Strong risk management and problem‑solving capabilities
- Experience working within structured governance and compliance frameworks
Highly Desirable
- Experience delivering workplace, property or facilities projects
- Familiarity with procurement frameworks within regulated environments
- Experience managing projects valued between $1M and $2M+
