We are seeking an experienced Program Scheduler to support the successful planning, coordination and delivery of a diverse regional program portfolio. This role is ideal for a highly organised scheduling professional who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys working closely with delivery teams to ensure projects remain on track.
About the Role
As the AO6 Program Scheduler, you will be responsible for maintaining continuity across key scheduling and resource planning functions while supporting the effective delivery of regional programs and projects.
You will play a critical role in monitoring project schedules, tracking milestones, identifying risks and supporting operational planning across multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update high-level project and program schedules.
- Monitor project milestones, deliverables and key due dates.
- Identify schedule variances, delays and emerging risks, escalating where required.
- Review program updates and communicate relevant information to Delivery Teams.
- Facilitate Planning and Scheduling Meetings with Delivery Teams.
- Update and maintain the Field Staff Planning Calendar (FSPC) following planning meetings.
- Assist with the development and ongoing maintenance of project schedules.
- Collect, validate and analyse project information for scheduling purposes.
- Respond to routine scheduling, planning and reporting enquiries.
- Support resource planning, apprentice coordination,
work experience coordination and delivery planning activities across the region.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
- Previous experience in project scheduling, program coordination or workforce planning.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience identifying scheduling conflicts, risks and dependencies.
- High attention to detail and strong analytical capabilities.
- The ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams.
