Imagine Cruising Brisbane is seeking a Sales Team Manager to lead a high‑performing sales floor across cruise, rail and land holiday packages. You’ll coach, motivate and develop a team of Sales Advisors in a quick‑paced contact centre, focused on achieving targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

You’ll work on a seven‑day trading schedule, including weekends and evenings, with opportunities to collaborate across Product, Concierge and Support teams while exploring opportunities
