About the Opportunity

We are embarking on a significant period of growth, with 2 new restaurants opening this spring, and are looking for additional support within our Talent Team. As a Talent Advisor, your main responsibilities will be phone screening and organising interviews for the restaurants and play an integral part in ensuring the consistent delivery of an exceptional experience for candidates.

**This is a 10-week casual contract, ASAP Start Available***

Key ResponsibilitieS

- Coordinate interviews, meetings and candidate appointments
- Assist with recruitment and candidate communication
- Support onboarding of new team members
- Prepare and maintain recruitment and onboarding documentation
- Maintain accurate candidate records and systems
- Assist with Talent Days and recruitment events
- Provide general administrative support as required

The Ideal Candidate Must Have

- 1-2 years recruitment experience
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment
- Ability to build rapport with hiring managers, candidates, and talent leaders
- Hospitality experience is highly regarded
- A friendly, professional phone manner
- Robust admin and coordination skills
- Experience booking interviews and managing calendars
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to work both independently and within a team
- Clear communicator with great presentation




- High attention to detail and a strong sense of urgency
