We are looking for a Chef de partie who has experience working in busy cafes or restaurants and has a passion for serving delicious food. Great team setting, potential for growth and support from senior management. Full time hours are available for the right person along with a salary to match experience. We also have casual hours available for those looking for flexibility.

Working along side the Head Chef in a professionally run kitchen,



your duties will include:

Adherence to recipes & specifications in line with company standards

Stock control including regular ordering and waste management, wastage sheets

Health and Safety and Food Safety Compliance

Be up to date with all allergy requirements

Ability to work in a fast past environment. Keep a cool attitude

High level of cleanliness and organsing

Be an inspirational and motivating person

Managing and training demi chefs, sous chefs & kitchen hands

Qualifications and Experience:

Cookery Certificate or a minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience

Driven and enthusiastic chef

Sound knowledge of cookery and awareness of current food trends.

Exceptional organisational skills

Ability to implement and drive systems and procedures.
