About the company
We’re looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join a well-regarded not-for-profit organisation on a short-term assignment, supporting a busy and varied recruitment portfolio. This is a hands-on opportunity for a strong recruiter who enjoys managing recruitment processes end-to-end and is confident working with stakeholders at all levels, including senior and executive leaders.
About the role
You’ll provide end-to-end recruitment support across a diverse portfolio, with exposure to:
- Corporate and professional recruitment
- Executive appointments and senior-level hiring
- Fundraising and specialist roles
- International recruitment
- Candidate sourcing, screening and assessment
- Interview coordination and stakeholder management
- Managing recruitment processes from briefing through to appointment
- Providing a high-quality candidate and stakeholder experience
Key Requirements
- Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment
- Solid sourcing, screening and candidate management skills
- Confidence engaging with senior and executive-level stakeholders
- Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience using Employment Hero is highly desirable
- Previous NFP or purpose-driven organisation experience is advantageous
- Exposure to international recruitment would be beneficial
