Cahill Transport is seeking an experienced MC Driver to join our Gateshead operations, completing a scheduled Gateshead to Taree run.

This role offers full-time hours on a consistent Tuesday to Saturday night roster, starting at 8:00 PM.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Completing the Gateshead to Taree run, returning to Gateshead.
- Completing scheduled customer and depot drops.
- Loading and unloading dollies at customer and depot locations.
- Reversing to loading docks and roller doors.
- Splitting, coupling and uncoupling trailers.
- Completing load restraint, vehicle checks and required documentation.
- Using an Electronic Work Diary (EWD).
- Managing fatigue requirements and delivery schedules safely and compliantly.

What You’ll Bring

- Current MC licence with relevant heavy vehicle driving experience.
- Availability to commit to the Tuesday to Saturday night roster.
- Confidence reversing, coupling and uncoupling heavy vehicles.




- Ability to safely load and unload dollies and complete associated manual handling.
- Sound understanding of load restraint and fatigue management requirements.
- Reliable, punctual and safety-focused approach.
