We are currently seeking a reliable and motivated Allied Health Assistant to join our team across the Northern Suburbs, supporting NDIS participants in home settings.
This role is best suited for individuals who are proactive, detail-oriented, and confident working within structured support environments. A genuine commitment to participant-centred care is essential, along with strong documentation skills, clear communication, and consistency of support.
Key responsibilities
- Support participants with their exercise under Allied Health Professions
- Maintain clear, accurate, and timely shift notes and reporting
- Follow behaviour support strategies and care plans
- Work collaboratively with the broader care team
About you
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Certificate III in AHA (or equivalent) and experience in disability
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- High level of reliability, responsibility, and flexibility
- Supportive team setting with clear expectations and guidance
