About the Role

Reporting to the Payroll Services Manager, you will be responsible for processing payroll across a large and diverse workforce while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, awards, and enterprise agreements. (Payroll Of...North Ryde | Word)

Key Responsibilities

- Processing weekly and/or fortnightly payrolls
- Ensuring payroll accuracy and data integrity
- Interpreting awards, enterprise agreements, and payroll legislation
- Managing payroll queries from employees and stakeholders
- Preparing payroll reports and reconciliations
- Maintaining employee records and payroll documentation




- Supporting payroll projects and process improvements
- Assisting with compliance requirements, including payroll reporting obligations (Payroll Of...North Ryde | Word)

About You

- 2-5 years' payroll experience within a medium to large organisation
- Strong understanding of payroll legislation and compliance requirements
- Experience working with awards and enterprise agreements
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Strong communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
- KRONOS experience is highly desirable
- Exposure to SAP Payroll will be highly regarded (Payroll Of...North Ryde | Word)
