Customer Service & Office Support Team Member

Following the unexpected departure of a much loved team member (she will be missed terribly) we are looking for someone to fill a very important gap in our office. but we are ready to welcome a current face into our Ultimate Team.

If you have office experience, enjoy helping people and love the satisfaction of getting things done, we would love to hear from you.

What you will be doing.

You will be a key support person for our customers, sales team and the wider business, helping keep jobs moving from the first phone call through to invoicing. Your day will include.

Answering phones and helping customers with enquiries.

Creating jobs in our job management system.

Processing orders from the sales team.

Preparing and sending customer invoices.

Supporting the office team with day-to-day administration.

Who we are looking for.

Someone who takes initiative,



follows through and is happy to pitch in. You will need.

Previous experience working in an office environment.

Ability to multi task and manage changing priorities.

Confidence using computers and learning new systems.

A practical and positive approach to problem solving.
