St Catherine's is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Quality & Education Coordinator to join our leadership team and help drive excellence in residential aged care. This is an exciting prospect to influence clinical quality, strengthen compliance and develop workforce capability at St Catherine's.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinating quality assurance, audits and accreditation readiness.
- Driving continuous improvement and compliance with the strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Developing and delivering staff education, training and competency programs.
- Supporting clinical governance, risk management and quality reporting.
- Coordinating student placements, traineeships and workforce development initiatives.
About you
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Experience in residential aged care, quality, auditing or clinical governance.
- Strong understanding of aged care legislation and regulatory requirements.
- Excellent communication, organisational and analytical skills.
- A genuine passion for education, mentoring and improving resident outcomes.
