Maitland City Council’s Pathways program invites you to start a career as a Cadet Building Surveyor. Commencing January 2027, this two-year graduate program offers exposure to a range of Building and Development projects undertaken by Council.

A tailored training plan will help you gain practical experience as a skilled building surveyor and deliver application assessment and advisory services to Council and the community.
