The Property Manager Support will aim to ensure high quality services in the real estate market by supporting Property Managers. You will assist with the management of residential properties whilst continually improving your knowledge and skills in the industry. The overall mission of the Company is to ensure the provision of high quality services that exceed customer expectations.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate alongside the property management team to ensure that high quality services are consistently provided to owners and tenants in the management of properties
- Coordinate teams and personal incoming and outgoing inspections in accordance with both company and statutory requirements
- Prepare all necessary documentation relating to the leasing of properties, including management tenancy agreements, inspection reports (both outgoing and incoming), and the preparation and lodgement of bond documents
- Attend to external Professional Development training - whether internally through various Elders training, webinars, internal team meetings, etc or through external channels such as REIQ
- Ensure properties are maintained in accordance with the owner's instructions. Therefore liaise regularly with both owners and tenants to ensure repairs and maintenance are carried out expeditiously, economically and to an acceptable standard
- Manage and maintain a rent roll of properties
- Assist with tenant selection and timely processing of applications
About you
- Knowledge and adequate experience working in a real estate would be preferred but not essential.
- Capable of preparing client emails, proposals and reports to a qualified standard
- Proven ability to analyse processes and ensure continuous improvement
- Excellent interpersonal/telephone skills and intuition
- Ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Current REIQ Real Estate Salesperson Registration Certificate would be preferred but not essential.
