DOT Express is seeking a Customer Service Agent to join our team in a new role focused on our reverse logistics operation. This position requires you to be organised, thorough and able to multi-task while delivering exceptional service to customers.

We offer regular hours (4–6 hours daily, Monday to Friday) with the potential to grow into a full-time role. The role pays around $45/hour plus Superannuation in a dynamic, growth-focused workplace.
