We are seeking a dedicated all round Full- Time Tow Truck Operator. You will play an essential role in transporting vehicles & machinery safely and effectively Your expertise will help us meet and exceed our customers' expectations while ensuring that every journey is a smooth one. The role requires adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and a strong commitment to safety including:

You’ll be responsible for:

- Loading, securing, and unloading items
- Adhering to our Safe Work Procedures (SWP)
- Value safety as much as we do
- Keep our vehicles in top-notch condition
- Embrace continuous learning and training
- Comply with state, territory and national road laws including heavy vehicle
and fatigue rotations
- Upholding our company values

About you

We want to hear from enthusiastic individuals who are excited about working in a collaborative and friendly environment. Here’s what you’ll need:

- At least an MR driver’s licence- with a clean driving record
- A minimum of 12 months driving experience with heavy vehicles
- Forklift license- desired but not essential
- Solid knowledge of machinery & equipment transport
- Good knowledge and sense of Metropolitan Melbourne and surrounding areas
- Flexible availability, including after hours and interstate work
- Strong customer focus and a knack for providing excellent service
- Critical thinking skills to make quick decisions on the go
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal




- A proactive attitude and a willingness to work as part of a team
