Babylon Sydney is looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join our busy kitchen team. You’ll work closely with the Head Chef to lead a high-volume service and maintain outstanding food standards in a contemporary Middle Eastern-inspired menu.

We value hands-on leadership, robust organisation and a calm, proactive approach under pressure. You’ll mentor junior chefs, optimise kitchen operations and contribute to a positive, guest-focused dining experience.
