Our Queanbeyan facility is a key part of that success — and we’re looking for a highly organised, proactive Production Office Administrator to support our growing operations team.
About the Role
This is a critical role supporting our production and manufacturing team. You will be the central point of coordination between production, logistics, procurement and administration, ensuring our operations run efficiently and accurately.
Key responsibilities include:
- Processing production paperwork and work orders
- Coordinating production schedules and documentation
- Data entry and ERP system updates
- Inventory and stock control support
- Assisting with purchasing and supplier coordination
- Preparing reports and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting compliance,
safety and quality documentation
- General administrative support to the Production Manager
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in an administration role (manufacturing or production environment highly regarded)
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset
- A proactive, solutions-oriented attitude
