Eastern States Engineering, a leader in demountable building and structural steel construction, seeks an HR Officer/Advisor for a part-time role based at the Rocklea office. You will support the employee lifecycle, administer onboarding, contracts, and policy compliance while collaborating with a cross-functional team.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in HR, solid payroll and industrial relations knowledge, and excellent stakeholder communication skills to support departments across the business.
