- Effective Communication with Owners and Tenants
- Completing lease renewals
- Booking and conducting routine inspections
- Completing ingoing and outgoing inspections
- Issuing breach notices as required
- Managing day-to-day property management responsibilities

- Customer service orientated with high attention to detail
- A skilled working manner and personal presentation

- Current Queensland Real Estate Registration
- Current QLD Driver's Licence
