Amuro is a 20-seat Japanese diner and sake bar in Darlinghurst, Sydney. We are seeking an Assistant Manager to lead day-to-day floor operations and uphold our warm, high-level dining experience.

You will work closely with the Owner/Venue Manager to guide guest service, train staff and ensure RSA compliance, while maintaining our authentic, intimate venue culture and performance standards.
