Bank of Melbourne is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join our City of Melbourne branch. You will welcome customers, discuss needs and provide tailored banking solutions in person and over the phone, drawing on product knowledge to help clients achieve their financial goals.

This is a full time, branch-based role with hours across Monday to Friday. Training is provided, and you will work with supportive teams while aiming to meet sales and referral targets and delivering exceptional service.
