Platypus Shoes Kingston is seeking a Store Manager to lead a passionate casual team, including an Assistant Store Manager, to drive sales, coach staff, and deliver an outstanding customer experience in a high-profile retail workplace.

You will work with the Area Manager to identify growth opportunities, manage rosters and stock, maintain visual merchandising standards, and ensure OH&S; compliance while achieving KPIs.
