Silver Chain Group in Swansea and surrounding areas is seeking a Care Worker to support our aged care clients at home, helping with daily tasks, personal care and mobility, and focusing on maintaining independence and wellbeing.

You will have at least 3 months experience in a similar role, a valid Australian driver’s licence and insured vehicle, and be comfortable working independently to build positive relationships with clients and their families.
