What we're looking for:

- Previous experience as a CDP or strong Demi Chef ready to step up.
- Solid understanding of Indian cuisine, flavours and cooking techniques.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume or premium dining environment.
- Strong attention to detail, consistency and presentation.
- Ability to manage a section independently and work effectively within a team.
- A positive attitude, solid work ethic and passion for quality food.
