QT Hotels & Resorts on the Gold Coast is seeking a Chief Steward to oversee the stewarding department across our kitchens and F&B; venues. You will ensure clean equipment, comply with HACCP, manage rosters, and monitor cost while upholding health and safety standards.

In this hands-on role you’ll lead a team, collaborate with the Executive Chef and outlets, and drive a culture of pride in presentation and service.
