VIP Marine is recruiting for full time boat repair and restoration roles at our Sydney workshops (Holroyd and Taren Point). You will perform structural and cosmetic repairs, fibreglass and gelcoat work, sanding and surface prep for painting, and timber work with interior fit-outs.
A reliable, detail‑oriented tradesperson who can work independently or in a team is ideal. Experience in shipwright, panel beating or paint preparation is welcomed, and applicants with related automotive repair skills
