Delta Electronics Australia is seeking a hands-on Marketing Specialist to execute integrated marketing campaigns, customer events, digital communications and sales enablement initiatives across Australia.

This role is ideal for a marketer with 2-4 years of experience who enjoys balancing creativity with execution. You'll support campaigns, content, events, digital marketing and reporting across key sectors including Data Centres, Energy Infrastructure, Industrial Automation, Building Automation and EV Charging.

Key Responsibilities

(1) Marketing Campaigns & Digital Marketing

- Execute integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital, email, social, events and sales channels.
- Develop and coordinate campaign assets, landing pages, email communications and sales collateral.
- Create content for LinkedIn, email campaigns, websites, customer communications and thought leadership initiatives.
- Maintain campaign calendars and support audience targeting, lead generation and nurture activities.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports on engagement, leads and outcomes.

(2) Design & Content Creation

- Create and update marketing materials using Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Develop presentations, brochures, social graphics, event materials and customer-facing collateral.
- Ensure brand consistency across all communications and marketing assets.
- Coordinate seminars, exhibitions, product launches, technical workshops and customer events.
- Manage registrations, invitations, event logistics, suppliers and post-event follow-up.
- Support flagship programs including Delta Tech Series and Delta Connect.
- Attend events and provide hands-on support where required.

(4) Marketing Operations

- Maintain CRM and marketing databases.
- Track leads, event attendance, campaign performance and customer feedback.
- Support budget tracking, supplier management and process improvements.

Experience





- 2-4 years' experience in B2B Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications or a similar role.
- Experience with email marketing, social media, website/CMS management and marketing reporting.
- Experience coordinating customer events, exhibitions, seminars or product launches.
- Strong copywriting, stakeholder management and project coordination skills.
- Experience within technology, automation, engineering, infrastructure, energy or other technical B2B industries will be highly regarded.
- Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Experience using CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Strong PowerPoint, Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Understanding of digital marketing, SEO fundamentals and campaign analytics.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Comfortable working in a technical B2B environment and translating complex information into engaging content.
- Current and unrestricted Australian working rights.
