The John Hughes Group is seeking an experienced IT Helpdesk qualified to support a multi-site environment in WA. This full-time role blends in-person and phone/ticketing support and offers escalation to third-party resources as needed.

Applicants should have at least 2 years in IT Helpdesk, with knowledge of Windows Server and VOIP. Automotive industry experience is a plus; travel to all sites is required and compensated. Full Australian working rights are essential.
