Bupa is seeking a customer service representative to be the primary contact for Health Insurance customers, resolving enquiries, reviewing cover, and delivering tailored health insurance solutions. The role is based in Melbourne with a hybrid scheme and a base salary of $68,139.23 plus super, bonus and perks.

This is a full-time position with an 11-week training program, operating across 8:00 AM–8:00 PM hours, Monday to Friday.
